What shifts are available?
There are two shifts to choose from. The morning shift (9 a.m.–1 p.m.) helps set up prior to the event, and the afternoon shift (3–10 p.m.) helps with tear down after the event.
Can I serve on more than one shift?
Yes. On-site team members may serve on one or both shifts on the day of the tour.
Can my family, friends, or small group serve together on the same shift?
Yes! If you have a group of five or more people that would like to serve together during the same shift, we are happy to accommodate that. Please email [email protected] to let us know that your group plans to serve together.
What if my schedule changes and I can no longer serve during the shift I signed up for?
If your schedule changes and you are unable to serve during the shift you signed up for, please email [email protected].
Are there any physical requirements to serve on the on-site team?
Yes. Physical requirements to serve the day of the tour include:
- Working in an outdoor environment
- Moderate lifting
- The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
- The ability to climb stairs and walk moderate distances
